Before heading into your first Vinyasa yoga class, there are a few common phrases that you will be glad you’re familiar with. Each class, teacher, and studio will vary widely in its experience, but it never hurts to know these universal terms, such as “Pranayama”, “Savasana” , and “Namaste”

The health of your physical body directly relates to your ability to show up and serve the world. The healthier you are, the more energy you bring to all aspects of your life. Health encompasses physical and mental health and I’ll be sharing what has worked for me in these 3 areas: moving my body, feeding my body, resting my body.
